Proud to be a Democrat |

We will soon hear announcements from a few long time democratic leaders that they have made the decision to switch parties - not because they believe in the ideals and philosophies of the party they are joining but they simply feel re-election is not possible on the democratic ticket. While I understand their concerns, it makes me uneasy that someone would compromise their values simply for the sake of re- election.

Faye Gordon For Judge - 149th Judicial District Court |

Faye Gordon was born October 26, 1952, in Natchitoches, Louisiana. She attended St. Anthony’s Catholic school and graduated from Natchitoches High School in 1970. Faye attributes her work ethic to the fact that when she was nine (9) years old she worked as the bookkeeper for her grandfather’s business. She continued this job until she left home to begin college.
