Although pioneer radio personality, Mr. John Alliniece, twenty-nine year radio career ended eight years ago, he’s still on his God given the job … helping others. And it is for this job, we salute Mr Alliniece for all his contributions to make Matagorda County and the world a better place.  

Educator John P. Jones Jr. graduated from Frazier Matthews High School, Silsbee, Texas.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science Degree from Prairie View A&M University, Prairie View, Texas.
